How do I download my purchased files?

After you complete your purchase, you will be taken to a receipt page that shows you the products you have purchased. Your download links will be shown beneath each item. Just click the download link and save your purchased file(s). In case your web browser fails, you will also receive an email with your receipt and download link shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam filter if you don’t receive your receipt / download email after your purchase.

Will the files I download work on both Mac & PC?

All files from Golden Black can be used on either a Mac or PC. Please make sure you have the correct software to open the files such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. All font files are Open Type format for use with both Mac and PC.

Can I use purchased Golden Black artwork files on a t-shirt or other printed / manufactured goods that I will sell?

Sure. You can use Golden Black stock artwork and fonts for any personal or commercial use. Just do not sell or redistribute our digital files without permission. Please refer to our Terms of Use page for more details.

How long are my downloads available?

The download link that you receive in your email will be valid for one week after you have made your purchase. After one week, you will have to re purchase in order to download again. We recommend making backups of all purchased stock imagery.
